Sabrage is a technique for opening a champagne bottle with a saber, used for ceremonial occasions.

The process begins with sourcing each bottle from bars throughout Australia. With the help of specialised machinery and diamond tooling, each bottle is hand-cut to perfection. Each bottle undergoes a thorough inspection to ensure candle safety.

Once the quality of the glassware is perfected, each candle is hand poured in Sydney using soy wax & non-toxic champagne effervescence fragrance.
